The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding hills. It was the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure that our every need was taken care of. the room was clean and comfortable, and we were provided with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable.
There were a few issues that detracted from our overall experience. We did not receive any clear instructions on how to get to the property, which made finding it quite difficult.

From the spotless wooden flooring to the newly purchased coffee/tea making facilities, everything was perfect. We especially appreciated the pure drinking water from their own spring and the option to indulge in a healing therapy session with the fully qualified host. the communication with the hosts was excellent, and they even met us at a village pub to guide us to the secluded spot. we can't recommend this place enough for a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway.

Wow, what a find! This place is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Pendle Hill. The hosts, David and Kerry, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The property had everything we needed and more, with thoughtful touches like complimentary beauty products and a well-stocked kitchen. We decided to dine at the property and were blown away by Kerry's cooking - her sea bass was top-notch! The continental breakfast was also a treat, with homemade bread and locally sourced ingredients. The location itself was perfect, offering a serene and peaceful setting that truly touched our souls.
There's really not much to fault here. The only minor downside was that the bed was smaller than expected, but it didn't really impact our overall comfort.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hidden gem on Pendle Hill. The location was remote, private, and felt incredibly safe. The hosts were friendly, supportive, and always available if needed. The property itself was cozy, warm, and inviting, providing the perfect retreat for us. We loved the thoughtful touches like the Bluetooth speaker, scrabble, and games provided. The breakfast basket was incredible with freshly baked bread, perfect eggs, and more. The hosts even went above and beyond to bring us a bottle of wine when we needed it. The views from the summit of Pendle Hill were breathtaking and we were surprised by how close the property was to the top.
One minor drawback was the temperature control in the shower, which was a bit tricky to set to a comfortable level. Additionally, the windows in the main area didn't open, but we were able to sleep with the door open for some fresh air.
