The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding hills. It was the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the peace and tranquility of nature. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure that our every need was taken care of. the room was clean and comfortable, and we were provided with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable.

There were a few issues that detracted from our overall experience. We did not receive any clear instructions on how to get to the property, which made finding it quite difficult.

From the spotless wooden flooring to the newly purchased coffee/tea making facilities, everything was perfect. We especially appreciated the pure drinking water from their own spring and the option to indulge in a healing therapy session with the fully qualified host. the communication with the hosts was excellent, and they even met us at a village pub to guide us to the secluded spot. we can't recommend this place enough for a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway.

The views from the summit of Pendle Hill were breathtaking and we were surprised by how close the property was to the top.
